Results & Specialist Reports

Patients are encouraged to receive their results of their investigation in person at the time the when test is requested.

For urgent results, the Practice Nurse or receptionist will contact you by telephone to make an appointment with the GP.

Telephone Calls

If you call to speak to your doctor, our receptionist will take your message an pass it on to the doctor.

Depending on the urgency of the matter and the doctor's availability, a return call will be made as soon as possible.

Patient Feedback

Customer satisfaction and patient experience is important to us. The Practice request that you register feedback or complaints either verbally, in writing or via the suggestion box addressed to the Practice Manager.
