COVID-19 POLICY

The health and safety of our patients and staff are our main priority. If you have any of the following symptoms, do not come to the practice and call the reception at 9433 6945:

Sore Throat
Fever (Night sweats + chills)
Cough, runny nose and sneezing
Shortness of breath

If you test positive for COVID-19 DO NOT PRESENT at the practice and call for a telephone consultation with the doctor.

Please Note:

Masks must be worn at all times while attending the practice.
